Challenge

A digital marketing growth agency in the UK, focused on helping Shopify brands achieve over £500k, had the ambition but lacked structure. Their processes were inconsistent, ownership was unclear, and client retention was unstable. Without scalable systems, their delivery was reactive, hindering growth.

Approach

As a white-label consultant, we partnered with the CEO to rebuild from the inside out. The strategy focused on three pillars:

  1. Inbound Marketing & Sales Enablement

  • Created a scalable email outreach pipeline using Apollo

  • Built cold email sequences to support lead generation and new business

  • Provided strategy input on landing pages, nurture flows, and inbound assets
