General Refund Policy
Due to the nature of our work, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds on any services once they have been scheduled, delivered, or initiated. This includes, but is not limited to, strategy sessions, consulting meetings, project-based services, and ongoing support agreements.
Please ensure you have reviewed all relevant information before booking or purchasing any service.
Consulting Meetings
All consulting meetings are non-refundable, including those that are missed or rescheduled. We require advance notice if you wish to reschedule, and we will do our best to accommodate your request. However, failure to attend a scheduled meeting without notice will be considered a completed session.
Your time is valuable, and so is ours. Thank you for your understanding.
Service-Based Projects
Once a service has been delivered (in part or in full), no refunds will be issued. This includes design, branding, website development, copywriting, and marketing services. We strive to ensure clarity from the outset of every project through detailed proposals, clear agreements, and streamlined onboarding processes.
If you have any concerns about a service, we encourage open communication so we can address them quickly and effectively.
